First: Conditions for Return & Exchange

1. Opened or Used Products:

   • To ensure the safety and hygiene of skincare products, any product that has been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged, in line with quality and health standards.

2. Return & Exchange Timeframe:

   • Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order, provided that the product is in its original condition, unopened, unused, and in its original undamaged packaging.

3. Defective or Incorrect Products:

   • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear images of the product and its original packaging.
   • After reviewing the case, we will arrange for an exchange or issue a full refund, including any shipping fees, if applicable.

4. Refund Process:

   • Once the return request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7 – 14 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider’s procedures.

Second: Cases Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

• Opened or used products.
• Products that were damaged due to misuse after receipt.
• Orders that exceed the 7-day return period.
• Products purchased during special promotions or sales, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
